Specification Citroen C4 2015

The Citroen C4 2015 is a five-door tourism which measures 4.33 meters in length. It replaces the 2011 C4 , but not about a new generation, but a cosmetic upgrade, equipment and, especially, the range of engines. The asking price part € 16,820, an intermediate value between the alternatives ( all prices ).

The most notable feature is its driving comfort of the suspension. In the rest of dynamic qualities (silent march, ride quality and precision cornering etc.) is clearly below models like the Ford Focus , the KIA cee'd , the Peugeot 308 and the SEAT León . I've tried engines Diesel-two, 120 and 150 hp, and a 131 hp gasoline are soft and slightly noisy, but not stand out as being particularly fast or efficient use of fuel ( more information prints driving ).

It does not change the space for passengers and cargo. The leg space in the rear seats is very small, and the free atura the ceiling (even with the glass sunroof, interior measurements ). By contrast, the trunk, which has a volume of 408 liters, is one of the largest in its class ( more on impressions of the interior ).



In the table below is a summary of the full range of engines. All are four-cylinder Diesel and three petrol. The name S & S refers to having a system of automatic start and stop ( Stop & Start ) and the name EAT6 they have an automatic change-type torque converter and six relations.

The C4 which consume less fuel diesel are 99 and 120 horses (3.6 l / 100 km on average in the approved cycle). It is a good thing, but in the market there are a few competing models that consume less ( list ). 2015 Citroen C4 is the most consumed petrol 131 horses with automatic, 5.1 l / 100 km (with manual consumption is 4.8 l / 100 km).

The more affordable version is the one with the gasoline engine 110 hp (110 PureTech). It costs € 16,820, a similar price of a Ford Focus and Renault Megane equivalent, and higher than a KIA cee'd and Hyundai i30 ( comparative list sorted by price ). Diesel range of C4 BlueHDi 100 version is the cheapest. It costs 17 170, about the same as a similar Focus and Megane, while a Škoda Spaceback is less expensive and a Peugeot 308 which has the same engines as the C4 is more expensive ( list sorted by price ).

The changes to the exterior are small: in the headlights, which now have daytime running light ledes in pilots and bumpers. In addition, two additional body colors and a new 17-inch rim. Inside, the differences can be seen in the materials used to cover the dashboard and seats, as well as the inclusion of a new 7.0-inch touch screen. Depending on the engine, you can choose between roughly trim levels. In total there are five: Live, Live Edition, Feel, Feel and Shine Edition. The Live Edition costs 750 € more level and includes things like front fog lamps with cornering light function, alloy wheels 16-inch, USB port for multimedia system and Bluetooth system for connecting mobile phones. Some of the items of equipment that may have C4 2015 (standard or optional) are alert involuntary change lanes (alert by vibrations in the corresponding side of the seat), the warning objects in the blind spot (advised by a yellow spot at the right door mirror) and the panoramic glass roof. As a novelty with respect to C4 2011, some versions can have hands-free access and start-button. It is also possible to order the front seats (two) have massage function.
